The building evokes a Mayan pattern by making use of floating balconies that create a rhythm of light and shadow along the
main facade. We conserve a large part of the pre-existing vegetation and maintain a high percentage of permeable areas to allow the recharge of the aquifers. With only 11 housing units,
T'zunun is positioned as a boutique development, which translates into exclusivity and comfort for you.
